Site Specific Art Action Robert Pennekamp left behind for the international Tate Modern art collection at the third floor in Tate Modern London. I saw only streetart outside the Tate Modern, so one piece of streetart is now inside the museum. Streetart is illegal, so is this site specific art action, because making pictures is not allowed inside the museum.
