the maid - banksy - opposite the enterprise camden. WOW! my fave bansky
piece. Since doing this big art thing i've noticed a load more Banksy
stuff around London and this one stands out. It's clever and pretty funny.
Camden council have painted over this one (i think). The man
should be given an OBE!

Skelaton with the eye - Bielefeld Germany - I thought this looked amazing!
The attention to detail is phenominal. The actual piece of art work was
massive and apparently took only half a day to do! We all stared at is for
ages and decided that it was mega. I especially like the eye. Apparently the
dude who did it is a bit of an anarchist and it's supposed to symbolise
capitalism. i couldn't see that but thought it was a great piece of work!

The Hostel & The thief - Berlin - Inspires much confiedence when you are
sleeping in a hostel that has a picture of a thief sprayed outside. That
said it brightened up my hungover self and brought a smile to my face! No we
weren't robbed so all was good.

Maastricht Holland - considering we were in prob the
most conservative part of holland i found it amusing they had sprayed this.
I really liked the comical aspect of it, almost like YOU are being
watched... even though we'll let you sleep with prostitutes and smoke weed!

Taken in a derelict building in Berlin which has been taken over by squatter artists that have totally decorated the building with statues and art work. We were stoned and it made us laugh. Like a ghetto buggs bunny. We liked the simplicity of it.

The symbolism is pretty obvious. It's very anti war and pro peace which we liked. We really liked the fact that the girl seems to be clutching the bomb passionately, kinda like two opposites love and destruction in one.

Taken on James Street in Southampton. It looked so out of place. It was against a house in an urban area where the only other art work is crap tag graffiti. We liked the idea of it as it would bring a smile to anybody's face when walking to work on a shitty cold morning. Also liked the natural colours used and the fact that the carrot it the most striking bit to the eye.
