The old Minton works in Stoke on Trent is now a Sainsbury's store.
William Minton Campbell was the nephew of Herbert Minton, founder of the Minton works. WMC ran the china works & was later mayor of Stoke on Trent.

Just where you'd expect to find him - right outside York Minster. To be fair, he was proclaimed Roman Emperor by the troops in York.
(25th July 306 CE, in case you were wondering.) The fortress where he was proclaimed probably lies under the Minster, hence the location of this statue.
(The Minster undercroft contains considerable Roman remains but no
photography permitted.)

At HMG Paints, makers of antifouling products & restoration coatings for historic military vehicles, among other things.
The sculpture has suffered slight damage & lost its radio antenna.
