Next to the Show Case Club near the bottom of the Champs Elysee. I recommend passing on the bridge between 23h and 1h while the lighthouse of the Tour Eiffel is on, you will see a fairy of light when the bateau mouches (large tourist tour boat) are passing under the bridge and last but not least, the Eiffel tower blinking like is collapsing without falling every 30 mins.

If you click on see on the Big Art Map and switch to satellite view, you will see exactly what I mean with the boat. Just try to figure out the scene at night but best is to go there. If you zoom again, you can nearly see the lion actually.
