Elph was born in 1977 and grew up in Edinburgh doing all the stupid things that wee guys do - until he got the book 'Subway Art' for his 12th birthday. Then he started to paint graffiti. In 1994 he formed a friendship with the writer DASE who had already started the MANY STYLES CREW and the learning process started again with a greater range of influences.
