Ja- it definitely was. It was too dark to figure out how they got it on the paper though. It was massive. Do people print such things?
Could be (traditionally) silk-screened onto thin paper, then pasted on. You can do pretty big silk-screen prints if you have access to a large-format screen printing bed - like at an art college. Otherwise it could be a digital ink-jet print. Some high street print shops do 'em from paper on wide rolls to any length you like.
Either way, there's some great street art in Berlin huh? Nice pics. This one's particularly good I think - I like the way it doesn't reveal itself too quickly. I think the fact that you don't see the swastika right away makes it all the more effective!
Exactly- I don't think I actually saw it when I took the picture. I was very glad when I found it later on my laptop though...
