It is the one near Farringdon and that's very sad news. That said, that's part of the point of Big Art Mob - preserving good work like this for posterity.

I've just checked it again......It hasn't actually gone. It's had a corrigated iron shed erected around it. It's got lots of bright lights coming out of it.....
Could it have been sold, and they are extracting the bricks from the wall?

Just read about it in one of those crappy London papers that line our tube seats every evening. It is valued at £300,000 but was sold for only a grand by Olly Pugh of Clerkenwell Motorcycles. It cost the anonymous buyer £30,000 to "remove the image from the wall". So it's still not clear how the image was actually moved... (with or without wall)
