The Window Cleaner

I've meant to capture this orginally titled piece for some time.

It's in Chapel St just by Edgeware Road opposite the Edgeware Road Tube . Suprised to see it even has a plaque it is quite modest - no boiler plate praising sculpture architect builder and any one else no matter how remote their association with the piece or building :-)

I know this one! He's looking up at hundreds of windows on a hight-rise building right in front of him. I've always thought it a bit daft and not a very good sculpture. But it is quite funny. Maybe I should shut up and keep my elitist opinions to myself. If it brings a smile to people going about their business around Edgeware Road it's doing something nice.

I like the idea of life-size sculpture tags (It's gonna be overrun with Antony Gormleys though!).
