Amazing Sculpture at UEL Docklands 2

One of the things I really like about this sculpture is the way that people interact with it. I was in the bar nearby for over an hour this morning, and was entertained by people seeing it for the first time, looking at it in amazement, touching it, or huddling behind it from the cold wind that was blowing across the water. *Must* find out more about it (a quick web search hasn't revealed much).
