This post was linked (through the shared title) to the wider shot which preceded it, so it was clear, even before I started to add text detail to this post, that it was (a) an artwork (b) probably in a public space (c) not temporary, and its exact location was pinpointed and mapped, so on that basis pretty clearly Public Art.
