Is this a Banksy ?

I'm posting - yet another pic from the Cans festival- for no other reason than I like the photo :-)
BTW couldn't find a signature but it has a Banksy look and feel so if it walks like a duck quacks like a duck.....it must be a duck.....so, this is a Banksy QED
