says:Richard Wilson is the biz! Its' been commissioned as a part of the Liverpool Biennial and will run throughout 2008 when Liverpool will be European City of Culture. It's up there with his sump oil piece, 20:50 (my fave) which used to be a permanent installation at Saatchi Gallery, London.
