Floating letters?

Came across this floating text artwork in the Lille Lungegardsvann lake in the centre of Bergen, Norway. I think the idea is that several letters float around, moved by the wind to create different combinations and words. Not sure of the actual title though.

Oh no! i just saw it too! Couldn't see it before when I was really looking for it - maybe 'cos I took the shot and know the image too well - but I was just casually scrolling through earlier stuff and there it was!
Seemed to work best for me when small
