Alfies Big Art Moblog

Hi, my name's Alfie. Addicted moblogger it must be said. I live in London so the majority of my posts are from walks that we do, or wonderful things I see when ambling about here or there. For me, moblogging has made me far more keenly aware of what's around me, and the Big Art Mob has focussed that awareness on public art, which there isn't enough of.

Never liked his stuff - even the early pop art period.

His mosaic at Tottenham Court Road underground station is quite fun though

There's something quite epic about it for me, but I've not seen anything else of his.

Didn't we once meet at the British Library - in the shadow of his Newton sculpture? When I introduced you to Doug Miller??

Dont think so, I've only ever been to the British Library in a 'Business' context once, and that was for something we were doing for Ogilvy. Who's Doug Miller?

I'm evidently having a senior moment. He's a writer on psychology and creative thinking.
